The Excel Expedition Kayak (NDK Excel Expedition Kayak) is a maneuverable, directionally stable expedition sea kayak designed specifically for extra-large paddlers. Built for rough water and demanding conditions, this Excel Expedition Kayak offers excellent handling, stability, and confidence at sea. With its boxy rails, it also appeals to paddlers who prioritize initial stability and support.

This Excel Expedition Kayak is ideally suited for paddlers weighing 16+ stone (102+ kg) and features a larger, wider keyhole cockpit with added legroom thanks to raised deck areas on either side of the cockpit.

It comes standard with a high-performance glass seat (unless otherwise requested), along with a low rear deck for easy rolling and a keyhole cockpit that provides excellent grip, control, and quick exit when needed. The sloping bulkhead behind the seat allows the kayak to be efficiently drained by lifting only the bow—no X-rescue required.

The Excel Expedition Kayak is a high-performance expedition or day/weekend touring kayak built for big paddlers who still want strong rough-water capability. It is the larger sibling of the Excel Kayak.
